The IT Support Technician/Capacity Build Team Assistant plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and technology readiness within the team. This position is responsible for imaging and preparing machines for deployment, coordinating the distribution of assets to team members, assisting with onboarding, and providing light technical troubleshooting. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth technology integration and team performance.

Qualifications Must-Have Skills
- Device Preparation & Asset Deployment
- Image, configure, and prepare computers and devices for team use.
- Deploy technology assets to team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Track inventory and coordinate with stakeholders for replenishment and allocation.
- Assist with onboarding new team members by setting up accounts, devices, and access.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support for technical setup or configuration issues.
- Serve as a point of contact for coordinating IT-related requests.
- Maintain up-to-date records of deployed equipment, configurations, and support tasks.
- Document processes and workflows related to asset management and user support.
- Communicate updates and resolutions clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Help coordinate technology orientation and training sessions.
- Gather feedback from users to identify areas for support or process enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline asset deployment and support workflows.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in IT support, asset deployment, or team coordination roles.
- Experience imaging machines and supporting technology setup and distribution.
- Familiarity with computer imaging, device configuration, and user onboarding.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting processes and service ticket resolution.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, IT ticketing systems).
