We are currently seeking someone to fill an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Representative that is willing to work a full-time schedule. This position will initiate and implement Sales and Marketing support as needed to ensure that a high standard of service and customer satisfaction are maintained daily. This role will also require you to be in the office daily and will be responsible for speaking to customers in person. We do not offer any hybrid roles.

Duties of the Entry Level Sales and Marketing Representative:
- Process sales inquiries with high-level accuracy ensuring customer information is correct and complete for the remainder of the sales process
- Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times
- Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on the level of expertise
- Create a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction
- Communicate regularly to the Sales and Marketing team on goals and progress
- Assist in orientations if promoted into Training or Leadership Position
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- A College degree in a Business related field or something similar is preferred
