Key Responsibilities

 Develop Leadership Skills: Work with experienced managers to build strategies for leading and motivating teams.

 Drive Sales Performance: Manage sales activities, meet goals, and implement strategies to maximize results.

 Team Recruitment and Training: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members to achieve company objectives.

 Client and Team Collaboration: Conduct sales meetings, participate in client discussions, and support strategy development.

 Business Operations: Learn profit and loss management to maximize profit margins and minimize losses.

Qualifications

 Minimum Age: 18 years or older.

 Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

 Experience: Customer service, sales, or leadership experience preferred but not required.

 Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; motivated to learn and grow.

 Transportation: Reliable transportation to commute to Columbia MD office and nearby retail locations.
