Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales Performance: Manage sales activities, meet goals, and implement strategies to maximize results.
Team Recruitment and Training: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing team members to achieve company objectives.
Client and Team Collaboration: Conduct sales meetings, participate in client discussions, and support strategy development.
Business Operations: Learn profit and loss management to maximize profit margins and minimize losses.
Qualifications
Minimum Age: 18 years or older.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Experience: Customer service, sales, or leadership experience preferred but not required.

Transportation: Reliable transportation to commute to Columbia MD office and nearby retail locations.
