Position Overview: We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our Manager in Training program. This structured program is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, sales, and management.
Please note, this is not a door-to-door, not a remote, and not a commission-only position.
The role requires in-office training in Columbia, MD, three times a week, along with travel to nearby retail locations for face-to-face marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in all aspects of direct marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Collaborate with senior managers to understand business operations and client management.
Engage in sales activities to gain firsthand experience in client interactions.
Attend regular training sessions at our Columbia office to enhance leadership and managerial skills.
Travel to various retail locations in the designated regions to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Demonstrated leadership abilities through extracurricular activities, internships, or previous employment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
