We are seeking a Retail Sales Representative who is ready to take point as the primary contact for our valued customers, guiding them through every step of their remodeling journey with us. Your day-to-day will involve working alongside our current customers, acquiring new projects, providing services quotes, remodeling knowledge, and proactively addressing any concerns to enhance customers overall design experience.
With the help of our experienced Retail Sales Representatives and team, you’ll be trained to know how to identify, upsell and ensure each customer has a superior experience. The Retail Sales Representative will be a part of our customers' day lives and memories made in their newly upgraded living spaces. Position Overview
We are seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our Retail Sales Representative team. This position is perfect for those looking to jumpstart a career in marketing, sales, and leadership. This is a full-time, in-person role that requires:
- Morning office meetings in Columbia, MD (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
- Travel to nearby retail locations for face-to-face sales and customer interactions.
- Engagement in direct sales and customer interactions.
- Expected work hours: 35-40 hours per week.

Daily Responsibilities
- Attend morning office meetings to discuss goals, sales strategies, and product updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers within a retail store, ensuring that there is thorough communication being delivered during step of renovation process. This includes but is not limited to setting up the initial appointment, going over product details, building initial design quotes, and more.
- Provide an individualized experience for each customer knowing that our clients make customer builds and not every customers remodel will be the same
- Negotiate contacts and close sales deals
- Overcome customer concerns by being knowledgeable in our clients offerings making you an expert in this role
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and current promotions.
- Track daily sales performance and provide updates to the management team.
- Work collaboratively with team members to refine sales techniques and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to commute to Columbia, MD for in-office training and travel to retail locations.
- Leadership potential & adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven
