Personal Assistant – Contract
$17-$20 per hour | Contract-Based (As Needed)
Location: Clifton Heights, PA (In-Person & Remote)
Overview:
Prestige Event Design is seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant to provide as-needed administrative and event support. This is a contract (1099) position requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism in both remote and in-person settings.
The role involves a mix of remote and in-person work, with initial training in-office. The assistant must be available for meetings, venue tours, and industry events as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make cold calls to venues and vendors to introduce our services and maintain relationships.
• Manage scheduling, emails, and client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Attend meetings, venue tours, and industry events with the owner while maintaining a polished and professional presence.
• Organize and maintain records, files, and documents related to ongoing projects.
• Provide administrative support, including research, drafting emails, and handling communications.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (must be comfortable making professional calls and writing emails).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor (this role involves representing the brand at events).
• Previous experience in administrative support, event planning, or a client-facing role is preferred.
• Some college education preferred (strong writing and organizational skills required).
• Must be available for in-person work at the Clifton Heights, PA office as needed in addition to remote tasks.
• Reliable transportation required for attending meetings and events.
