Billing Manager

Prestige Fleet Services performs onsite truck and trailer maintenance and repairs. We understand today’s fleet maintenance demands. We offer a competitive compensation package with excellent benefits.  We are looking for a Billing Manager.  The Billing Manager plays a vital role by overseeing all aspects of invoicing and billing regarding the company’s fleet maintenance services. This position is responsible for managing (10 ) Regional Billers and handling the billing for a region.  The Billers create invoices, credit memos, update accounting records, customer information, and send payment reminders. They deal with customers, send the customers invoices, and answer any inquiries.  This position is onsite.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage direct billing for a region
• Manage a team of 10 billing team members
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training team members to ensure employee performance
• Assisting with department improvements and process implementation
• Handles escalated billing concerns regarding customers, technicians and managers

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
• 5 years’ experience in billing, accounts receivables or payables.
• A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience managing a team of 10 or more members in a billing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Strong organization skills and Ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS office Suite (Word Excel. PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience working with FullBay software Preferred
• Responsible for conducting team meetings

Salary - $65K - $75K - Pay is commensurate with experience.

Position is onsite not remote.
