The Prestige Gardens Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Marysville, Ohio just outside of Dublin, Ohio is searching for an enthusiastic candidate for our Director of Nursing position. Candidate must have a proven record with LTC Survey Management, Federal and State Nursing Home Rules and Regulations, CMS 5 Star and QM's and able to develop and implement QA / PI.
Candidate should be able to effectively manage a nursing team and possess a passion for person-centered care.
Qualified candidate must have :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- 2 years of Director of Nursing (DON) experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Compassionate, forward thinking mentality, ability to lead and develop clinical staff.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
