WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Organizing tools and equipment for efficient job site setup
- Assisting with the demolition of old flooring and preparing spaces for new installs
- Cutting, trimming, and fitting flooring boards to perfection
- Delivering wood bundles, racking, and nailing down flooring with precision
- Helping with sanding, troweling filler, and buffing floors to a flawless finish
- Hand sanding edges and keeping things tidy with a backpack vacuum
- Cleaning and finishing floors to leave a polished, professional result
- Maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient job site

THE COMPENSATION:
- Starting pay: $20.00/hour – no experience necessary! Training is provided for entry-level positions! (We also have openings for more experienced candidates, with pay rates starting higher based on experience.)
- 90-day and annual performance reviews with the potential for pay increases.
- Opportunity for overtime pay.
