Services needed for male client who is ambulatory : Safety / Supervision, personal hygiene care, toileting, medication reminders, meal serve / heat (no cooking required for this case), light housekeeping.
Shift Schedule : Mondays and Wednesdays : 1pm to 5pm; Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays : 11am to 5pm
Pay rate : $19.00 to $20.00 / hour
Personality needed : Need caregiver who takes initiative to complete tasks without being told, proactive, social, positive energy to uplift client emotional needs, organized, structured, and professional at all times
