As we embark on an exciting journey to expand our brand through franchising, we are seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to lead the development and success of our franchise program. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-driven professional who can build, implement, and oversee franchise operations while ensuring franchisees have the tools and support needed to thrive.
Job Responsibilities :
Franchise Development & Launch : Assist in structuring and launching the Prestige Trucking Insurance franchise model, ensuring a seamless rollout.
Franchisee Support & Training : Develop training programs and provide ongoing operational support to franchisees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and best practices.
Performance & Growth Management : Monitor franchise performance metrics, analyze key indicators, and implement strategies to optimize growth and profitability.
Compliance & Brand Integrity : Ensure all franchise locations maintain consistency with Prestige Trucking Insurances branding, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
Process Optimization : Identify and implement operational efficiencies that enhance franchisee success and streamline daily processes.
Marketing & Sales Coordination : Collaborate with franchisees to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution : Provide guidance and solutions to franchisees facing operational challenges.
New Franchise Openings : Oversee the onboarding and launch process for new franchise locations, ensuring a strong start.
What Were Looking For :
3 years of proven experience in franchise operations, business management, or a related field (experience in the insurance or trucking industry is a plus).
Strong knowledge of franchise business models, operations, and industry best practices.
Proven track record in training, coaching, and supporting business owners or franchisees.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic solutions.
Experience working with compliance, regulatory guidelines, and contract management.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Willingness to travel as needed to franchise locations.
