- Conduct cold calls, networking, and outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as property managers, business owners, and corporate security heads.
2. Client Consultation & Needs Assessment
- Meet with clients to assess their security needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate security risks and propose appropriate services (e.g., security guards, mobile patrol, CCTV monitoring, or alarm response).
- Provide detailed presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential customers.
3. Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare and present customized security service proposals and pricing structures.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure all agreements align with company policies and client expectations.
4. Relationship Management & Customer Service
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing ongoing support.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
