Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, employees, and visitors alike.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
