We are looking for a Community Manager to manage a small portfolio of properties. MUST have NRED CAM license or provisional license. Must have condo management experience or at minimum, understand the differences between condo management and SFH community management and how issues such as water losses inside a unit are handled. Understanding how NRS 116 requires unit coverage for condo communities with units that share horizontal or vertical boundaries is essential. As long as you are open to learning and understanding how to properly manage a condo community, you will be taught and guided.

Requirements & Job Description :
- Must possess top-notch organizational, time-management, and customer service skills.
- VMS software experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Responsible for answering calls from homeowners, tenants, and Board Members, providing assistance and guidance.
- Inspection of community common areas and residences for compliance infractions on a regular basis. Must have own vehicle to perform these inspections (you will be compensated / reimbursed for mileage / vehicle use).
- Prepare correspondence and disseminate.
- Handle gate remotes / transponders, key distribution, and input of data into gate systems, VMS, QuickPass, etc.
- Set up of data / info in VMS, draft compliance letters, etc.
- Be the first point of contact for all board members in the communities you manage.
- Attend board meetings, draft meeting minutes, secure bids, and schedule work to be performed.
- You will be in the office 3 days weekly and onsite at two properties you manage for 6 hours one day and 8 hours the other.

The company will pay for all CAM related licensing expenses, a CAI membership, and an annual stipend to continue your education to obtain industry designations. Medical / dental / vision options available after the initial 60-day probationary period & 401k program available. Additional Benefits :
PTO, sick time, birthday off annually, all Federal holidays off, and many other days around the holidays in November / December off annually. While this is a full-time position, hours and schedule are flexible as you will occasionally have to attend evening meetings, after-hours events, etc.
