Job Summary:
The Sales Support and Customer Service Representative will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. This position involves managing invoices, coordinating product samples, assisting with sales-related tasks, and providing top-notch customer service. You’ll be the backbone of our sales operations and a friendly point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales
Support:◦ Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
◦ Manage and track sample requests for the sales team, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
◦ Assist inside and outside sales representatives with administrative tasks, including order tracking, data entry, and follow-ups.
◦ Collaborate with the sales team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Customer Service:
◦ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels with professionalism and enthusiasm.
◦ Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
◦ Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records.
◦ Build strong relationships with customers to support repeat business and brand loyalty.
Additional Duties:
◦ Maintain organized records of sales and customer interactions in our CRM system.
◦ Coordinate with other departments (e.g., shipping, production) to ensure smooth operations.
◦ Assist with special projects or tasks as needed to support company growth.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role (preferred but not r
equired).• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling invoices and samples.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Passion for helping people and a team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of or interest in 7-OH and Kratom products is a bonus!

Pay Rate:
This is an hourly position, with a starting range between $23-$25/hour an override on sales of 1-2% depending on hitting benchmarks. OTE first year is $65,000.
