THE INS AND OUT OF THIS PROJECT MANAGEMENT POSITION
What a Day Looks Like in This Role : As our Plumbing Manager - Project Coordinator, your day will kick off at 7 AM or 8 AM, either at the office, in the field, or heading straight to a job site. You'll check in with crews, ensuring they have everything they need to keep projects on track, on budget, and up to code. Throughout the day, you'll inspect work quality, problem-solve on the fly, and keep clients informed-making sure every job runs smoothly. You'll also collaborate with estimators, coordinate schedules, and document project progress. By the end of the day (either 4 or 5 PM), you'll leave with a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment. One thing's for sure-you'll never be bored!
