Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician

Pool Technician Duties:

- Work in an ever-changing environment with ability to sustain rapid changes. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on swimming pools and related equipment. - Test and balance pool water chemistry. - Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters. -Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment malfunctions. - Perform regular inspections of pool systems to identify potential issues. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance, chemicals, and repairs performed. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a pool technician or in a similar role is preferred. (Will train if needed) - Knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in pool maintenance and repair. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. - Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
