About the Role

As a Director/Vice President of Executive Search, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, designing recruitment strategies, and identifying top-tier executive talent for our clients in the life sciences sector. You will work closely with our Partners and Associates to develop tailored search strategies, assess high-level candidates, and drive successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle executive search engagements, from client consultation to candidate placement.
• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies for life science organizations.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including biotech, pharma, and VC firms.
• Expand business development efforts, acquiring new clients and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What You Bring to Prestige Scientific

• 5 years of experience in executive search or recruiting, preferably in life sciences.
• A proven track record of business development and leadership within the recruitment industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence high-level executives.
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for making an impact.
• Experience managing and mentoring small teams.
• A well-established network of industry leaders within biotech, pharma, and venture capital.
