We have opening for Community Liaison (Commission and Residual Income ONLY) We are only seeking Potential Business Partner to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet business development goals on a weekly/monthly
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, fiduciaries, etc.
- Complete daily face-to-face sales call with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads
- Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities
- Meet or exceed established targets for client referrals from professional referral sources.
- Represent Prestige Solutions homecare Agency professionally and knowledgeably in the healthcare community.
- Promote agency services and strengthen existing referral sources.
- Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities within the community.
- Establish and maintain rapport with healthcare professionals in the territory.
- Coordinating Initial Intake visits with Consumers in person and/or virtually.
- Creating Assessments and Plans of Care for all new clients
- Coordinating care and assisting Case Management with client schedules
- Assist in resolving consumer issues and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in generating new business, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in a sales role in-home care, healthcare, or related senior services businesses preferred
- Experienced in the healthcare and senior care industries, with contacts and relationships that can be leveraged for business development
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of CRM processes.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, monitor referrals, manage a sales territory, and build relationships with new and existing contacts.
- Strong persuasive and educational writing and speaking skills.
- Comfortable with closing deals and asking for business.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
Compensation
- Commission Pay: Earn 10% Life Time Commission on revenue received by the company from the clients you bring onboard. The payment of earned commission is made bi-weekly (every other Friday)
- You get Pay from that client your enrolled Monthly as long as they stay with the company you get pay
- We have Weekly and Monthly Bonuses
