We are seeking an experienced Tier 3 Help Desk Specialist to help us provide exceptional customer service. As a Tier 3 Help Desk Specialist your ability to troubleshoot non-documented problems and think outside of the box is of the utmost importance. Candidates that have recent experience working for an MSP are preferred.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the Saint Louis area.
Tier 3 Help Desk Responsibilities Are:
- Managing technical projects and implementations
- Working with and mentoring junior technicians through more complex tickets
- Triaging ticket importance and escalation
- Ensuring that our clients have the best support experience on the planet
- Microsoft Office 365
