We are seeking an experienced Controls Technician for a direct hire day shift opportunity with highly competitive pay and an outstanding benefit package.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Program, Troubleshoot / Repair, and Maintain Allen Bradley PLC systems
- Install and repair industrial electronic equipment; 480V 3 phase power distribution, Input / output networks, Data highways, Variable speed drives
- Process control systems, Interpret and understand the fault readings on controllers, PLC’s, and variable frequency drives, and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide shift support and leadership as it relates to electrical safety, controls, and equipment operation
- Perform projects, install new electrical equipment and assist in production
- General support of the ongoing maintenance functions on site will be expected when needed
- Assist / lead electrical / controls integration of capital projects throughout the plant
