Primary Responsibilities :
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of process technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Conduct process studies and implement improvements to optimize cycle times, reduce waste, and enhance overall process efficiency.
- Analyze scrap data, identify root cause, and develop / implement strategies to reduce scrap rates and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting molding process issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, promoting a safe work environment.
- Support new product launches and process changes.
- Generate reports on process performance, scrap reduction efforts, and other key metrics
