The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience and be a member of the CA Bar.
Our client an established civil litigation law firm is seeking a civil litigation defense attorney for its Los Angeles location. This role is ideal for a licensed California attorney eager to grow their expertise in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Role Description : You will report directly to a partner and, based on your experience, you may be the primary attorney managing your cases. Responsibilities include handling court appearances, managing discovery, conducting depositions, preparing and arguing motions, participating in mediations and pre-trial preparations, and potentially engaging in trial work. You will also provide regular updates to clients.
