Primary Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain work standards for direct labor and machine cycle times used for manufacturing performance standards.
  • Perform time studies and capacity analysis.
  • Perform work sampling studies for indirect labor.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Cost Reductions
  • Utilize lean manufacturing techniques and industrial engineering tools

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree
  • 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Continuous Improvement
