Prestige Staffing is looking for a Director of Clinical Quality who combines clinical expertise with operational oversight.
The Director of Clinical Quality is responsible for developing a vision and executable plan to attain world class quality and patient safety program for a leading multi-unit primary/family care physician practice.
Bringing clinical quality expertise, the Director of Clinical Quality will partner with senior leaders, providers, and staff to identify opportunities to positively impact quality outcomes in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Plan, organize, and direct clinical quality activities.
- Work with clinical, operational and technology leadership to establish improvement strategy and formulate action plans designed to improve outcomes and identify and close care gaps.
- Partner with external organizations to including payers to meet quarterly and annual clinical quality targets.
- Develop workflows and cadence for managing measurement and improvement of identified metrics.
- Prepare process quality reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Collaborate and ensure effective communication with senior leaders, providers, and staff to align operations and implement quality and process improvements.
- Collaborate with training team to identify clinical training needs and establish programs to meet company/individual objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Minimum 10 years professional experience in healthcare, with a minimum of 5 years in quality improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree preferred with clinical credentials (MD, NP, PA, RN).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to generate testable hypotheses and data-driven identification of drivers of performance.
- Deep understanding of HEDIS and other primary care quality and value-based care measures with a demonstrable track record in improving HEDIS and similar measures of care.
- Experience in use of population health tools and methods for engaging individuals and closing care gaps.
- Communicate effectively, both written and orally, with all levels of the organization.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
