What You Will Do
You will provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for physician's offices, equipment, and properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system. This includes:

- Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and utility systems
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised and in teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
What You Will Do
You will provide routine and specialized building repair and maintenance support for physician's offices, equipment, and properties utilizing the computerized maintenance management system. This includes:
- Performs the duties of skilled trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, general maintenance, mechanical, HVAC, and exterior maintenance as required
- Provide technical support and general guidance to facility staff in the repair and operation of facility equipment, components, utilities, and the like
- Participate in departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training
- 1 year of Physician Office or Hospital maintenance experience is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
