Member Services Representative
Location : Sandy Springs / Smyrna area (30339)
Shift : Will switch to Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs during enrollment season 8-hour shift between 8am-8pm. (Oct-April).
Job Type : 3 month temp to perm
Starting Pay : 22 / hr.
Prestige Staffing is currently searching for a call center Member Service Representative in Smyrna, Georgia.
Successful candidates will have a call center background with knowledge of healthcare terminology.
You must be able to work onsite. (Total hours per week = 40)
Knowledge / Experience :
- High school education or equivalent is a must
- Flexible schedule, friendly personality, and ability to work remote.
- Computer savvy
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is plus
- 2 year customer service experience in a call center environment
- Must be familiar with a combination of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, insurance, or EOBs
