We’re Prestige Star Management, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities and developing associations.
The Lifestyle Director will report directly to the Community Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and executing community events and activities, scheduling of the amenity centers, assisting the Lifestyle team with marketing and special events, supporting the management team with administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, filing, and organizing. Team player with a willingness to cross train or perform other duties as needed.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Schedules, plans, and executes a robust calendar of events for the association.
- Designs, implements, and promotes programs, classes and special events for all ages.
- Schedule the use of the facilities including meetings, recreational classes, clubs and special interest group meetings and private rentals.
- Oversee the clubhouse with heavy customer service. Ensure the facility is open, inviting, clean and a friendly atmosphere.
- Develop relationships with community members, community partners and vendors.
- Creates marketing collateral, including but not limited to flyers, website maintenance, newsletters and email blasts.
- Maintains Association website/app with site layout, announcements, up-to-date documents, events calendar, etc.
- Helps to electronically distribute a range of analytical and informational publications through various electronic means.
- Collaborates with local organizations in securing sponsorships for events.
- Supports and collaborates with other Lifestyle team members for special events.
- Assists the executive team with marketing as needed.
- Cross train and perform other duties as needed.

- Experience with social media and various communication software such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Canva, etc.
- Computer skills that include a strong working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Creative, innovative, and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, excellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possible
- Team player – works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and have reliable means of transportation as a personal vehicle may be required to perform certain responsibilities
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the site including possible evenings and weekends
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
Work is conducted primarily in an indoor environment. However, preparation and implementation of leisure activities may take place outdoors. Employee must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Employee may be required to repetitively lift and move up to 25 lbs. Evening and weekend work is required.
