WHO ARE WE?
We are a dedicated team of certified arborists, licensed tree experts, foremen, groundsmen, tree removal professionals, and office staff who work together tirelessly to ensure that every tree service we complete is done right. With over 10 years of experience in the Maryland tree care industry, our team has the knowledge, resources, and equipment to tackle any challenge.
WHAT'S THE SCHEDULE?
Most of our sales reps work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 or 5 pm. We'd ideally like someone who can work different hours, preferably Tuesday through Saturday from 10 or 11 amto 7 or 8 pm.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
As a Sales Arborist, you help drive company revenue and customer satisfaction. With an upbeat, positive attitude, you meet with prospective clients to learn about their tree care needs and inspect their properties. Your main focus is on residential clients with the occasional commercial job. As you answer questions and perform inspections, you make service recommendations and encourage the prospect to approve the work.
You offer tailored solutions that prioritize plant health and safety, prepare accurate pricing proposals, and follow up with clients who don't close immediately. You also offer on-site assistance during particularly difficult jobs, collaborating with production crews to properly meet demands. Additionally, you participate in sales training to keep your skills sharp!
WHAT DOES OUR SALES ARBORIST NEED?
PREFERRED CREDENTIALS :
