Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trucking Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in servicing trucking insurance policies and possess a 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication & customer service skills and a deep understanding of the trucking insurance market. As a Trucking Account Manager, you will be responsible for servicing trucking insurance policies, managing client relationships, and ensuring our clients have the coverage they need to protect their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a portfolio of trucking insurance accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Provide expert advice on trucking insurance policies, coverage options, and risk management.
• Handle endorsements efficiently.
• Collaborate with underwriters to get the best service for our insureds.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in servicing trucking insurance policies.
• Valid 2-20 license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of trucking insurance policies, products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
