You will:
- Answer dealership service phones and Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Greet and receive service customers, assess their needs, and relay to service advisors
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a service advisor
- Work cooperatively with the entire service team
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments

Job/Education Requirements:
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Computer and Social Media Savvy
- Ability to read and comprehend difficult instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel
