Title and Registration Processing
- Prepare and submit paperwork for vehicle titles and registrations in compliance with local DMV regulations, both online & by hand.
- Verify accuracy of title and registration documents, including VINs, ownership details, and lienholder information
Documentation and Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate and organized records for all transactions.
- Process title transfers, duplicate titles, and registration renewals.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Customer Support
- Respond to sales team inquiries regarding titles, registration processes, and fees.
- Resolve discrepancies and assist with problem-solving related to motor vehicle documentation.
Coordination with Dealership Departments
- Work closely with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure timely processing of vehicle-related documentation.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies or state DMV offices as needed.
Other Duties as Assigned
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
