Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Tinter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive aesthetics and a strong understanding of window tinting techniques. This role involves applying window film to various vehicles, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer expectations. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their mechanical knowledge and expertise in automotive repair.

Responsibilities

• Apply window tinting film to vehicle windows with precision and attention to detail.
• Assess vehicle specifications and customer preferences to determine the appropriate tinting solutions.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during the tinting process.
• Conduct auto estimating for tinting projects, providing accurate assessments of time and materials needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Handle heavy lifting as required when moving vehicles or equipment within the workspace.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to window tinting and automotive repair.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in window tinting or related automotive services is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand vehicle systems and components.
• Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus.
• Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to automotive repair and window tinting.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely, demonstrating physical stamina for the demands of the job.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to auto glass or mechanics are beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation Package:

• Overtime pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
