Company : Premier Home Improvements a family owned and operated provider of hurricane impact windows, doors, flooring, and roofing products to Homeowners.
Position : Field Manager Roofing
Responsibilities :
- Assist Project Coordinator with reviewing material purchase orders and installation bills for payroll purposes.
- Perform roof measurements to prepare purchase orders for material orders, take pictures of the existing roof, document preexisting issues, collect a change order for additional work not on the contract due to field measure findings, and ensure projects meet company viability criteria.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during installation by troubleshooting and working closely with installers.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure projects meet both company and industry standards.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with installers and vendors.
- Collaborate with the company to develop and implement optimal systems and practices, ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers.
Schedule : Monday to Saturday
Benefits :
Note : A vehicle for daily use will be provided, which includes a gas card, and paid tolls. The vehicle needs to be returned daily to the office.
