Capitol City Rehab and Healthcare in beautiful Washington DC is looking for an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator.
This position requires a NHA license in Washington DC. Supports Nursing Home Administrator.
This position pays up to $100,000 per year based upon experience.
The Assistant Administrator provides leadership and direction for facility operations to provide quality patient care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and Facility's standards.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Must be have completed an AIT program or current licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Three (3) or more years' successful post-acute care experience preferred
Specific Job Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret financial records and reports
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
- Must be knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post-acute care facility
- Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department
- Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: daily leadership responsibilities, supervisory responsibilities, financial responsibilities, regulatory compliance, patient rights, and safety and sanitation
- Maintains professional working relationships with all associates, vendors, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
- Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
- Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Capitol City's Code of Conduct and completes mandatory Code of Conduct and other appropriate compliance training
