- Oversee the installation of new client profiles during implementation
- Ensures the successful "hand-off" to other departments following the client implementation
- Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and success of payroll and employee benefits
- Monitor statuses of employee onboarding and benefit enrollment
- Analyze and evaluate data and discrepancies by using various reporting tools
- Monitor all procedures that affect quality within the operations department
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop, review, and administer new and existing procedures
- Identify & drive process improvement and standardization opportunities
- Obtain expert knowledge of PEO company services
- Strong Microsoft office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g. complex formulas – if statements, v-lookup, and pivot tables)
- Adapting system concepts quickly and efficiently
- Ability to Multi-task in a high paced environment
- HR Systems (e.g. PrismHR is a plus)
- Knowledge of state taxes
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of proven experience in Operational programs and/or Quality Control and Compliance
- Solid understanding of risk management principles and concepts
- Broad knowledge of HR concepts, processes, and their interdependencies
Salary : $65,000
