Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Provide individualized attention to children, including those with disabilities or special needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of children's development and behavior.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements
- 1 year of daycare experience, Related experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in classroom management and working with young children in daycare or preschool settings.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create an inclusive environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
- Experience in toddler care or nannying is a plus.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and helping them thrive.
