The ADP Production Engineering team in Palmdale, CA, is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive technical excellence, and deliver life cycle solutions for advanced production and development programs.What You Will Be Doing As a Senior Manager, you will : Lead a multidisciplinary team of manufacturing engineers, numerical control programmers, test engineers, tooling engineers, project managers, and mid-level leaders.Drive production engineering deliverables across the entire product lifecycle, from design to manufacturing execution.Align organizational objectives with business goals, ensuring seamless support for the line of business customers.Spearhead the establishment of new and expanded facilities, manage capital assets, and implement advanced manufacturing automation and digital transformation initiatives within the ADP framework.Oversee diverse projects and studies, addressing technical, programmatic, and administrative needs such as anomaly resolution, risk mitigation, opportunity exploitation, and process optimization.
