- Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and tooling techniques for adjustments and repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
Skills
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with welding techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with stamping presses and other manufacturing equipment is desirable.
- Ability to perform quality control assessments effectively.
