Description : Summary

Operating and maintaining Preston Communities assets (apartment homes and / or office buildings) by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs.
  • Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good street appeal.
  • Completion of work orders.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems and physical condition of assets do not deteriorate.
  • Perform daily trash pick up including pet waste, cigarette butts etc.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Must have reliable transportation and tools.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Compensation details : 21-24 Hourly Wage
