We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team for an established multi-family community. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of our property. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise in industrial maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Includes the following, and any other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
- Inspects properties and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and number of maintenance personnel needed.
- Directs contracted projects to verify adherence to specifications and contract.
- Purchases building and maintenance supplies, machinery, and equipment.
- Ensure that all service teams members are well trained in the areas of professionalism,
customer service and fair housing. Provide them with assistance when needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities :
This job will assist the Property Manager in the supervision of the maintenance team.
Qualifications :

Education and / or Experience :
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or two (2) to three (3) years related experience and / or training.
Language Skills
The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and manuals; ability to write routine reports, work orders and correspondence along with the ability to speak effectively before groups or customers or employees of organization.
