As a Window & Door Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing a great customer experience for customers visiting our showroom, working with the sales team to execute orders, and facilitating window and door sales opportunities.

As a Window & Door Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing a great customer experience for customers visiting our showroom, working with the sales team to execute orders, and facilitating window and door sales opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities Include
- Qualifying the customer, utilizing sales questionnaires to learn about their project needs and setting the expectations for a successful project and communicating Preston Feather’s role
- Participating as a “concierge” in the sales process, guiding customers through the process and assist customers based on their type of inquiry – sales, orders, and service requests
- Working closely with the sales team, helping to execute orders through delivery
- Facilitating selling opportunities for hardware and smaller projects
- Using industry-specific software (Spruce ERP) for various inquiries and processes such as order entry, tracking order status, processing payments/deposits, receiving and invoicing
- Coordinate visiting vendor representative meetings and training sessions
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Remain highly organized and adapt to changing operational business needs
- Work as a team – with vendors, sales staff, operations team, and PF leadership
- Maintain effective communication with customers, operations, and outside sales
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and inquiries
- Actively engage in morning team huddles with operations and sales teams
- Communicate effectively and listen intentionally
