As a Yard and Warehouse Specialist you are responsible for:

As a Yard and Warehouse Specialist you are responsible for:
- Inventory management – unloading, receiving, labeling, and staging material
- Building and checking that loads going out for delivery are safe, secure, and correct
- Maintaining a high level of customer service. Assisting customers with material pick-ups, and answering any questions they have
- Providing superior customer service
- Collaborating with vendors, customers, and the entire Preston Feather team to create a positive customer experience
- Make safety the highest priority – ALWAYS
- Utilize critical thinking skills to safely build loads in a manner that is most efficient for the end user
- Be flexible and adapt to changing load schedules and operational business needs
- Communicate effectively and listen intentionally
- Work in a physically demanding setting. This includes year-round outdoor tasks. You will lift and load products weighing up to 100 pounds. Also, be prepared to walk and stand for long periods

- Prior forklift experience required
