What are the responsibilities and job description for the Beverage Brand Manager position at Preston Harris Group?
Responsibilities Include:
1.Strategy, Planning and Execution development and implementation of marketing strategies and programs to achieve business goals.
Design trade promotions and campaigns tailored to different channels (e.g., retailers, restaurants, wholesalers). Align with our division on the implementation and execution of sales and marketing programs to support our brand
Monitor and evaluate the success of trade campaigns to refine future efforts.
2. Channel Management: review, analyze and identify growth opportunities in distribution channels. Provide the guidance to distributors to optimize product placement and visibility in retail outlets. Build relationships with key trade partners to drive long-term partnerships
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track sales and market performance to measure ROI of trade marketing initiatives.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps and opportunities. Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations.
4. Budget Management Manage trade marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency. Allocate resources to priority campaigns and key accounts.
5. Training and Communication:
Train sales teams and trade partners in Brazil and related promotions. Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and trade partners to ensure clear communication and alignment with mother brand.
6. Event and Trade shows:
Coordinate trade shows and consumer samplings.
7. Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers. Act as a brand ambassador for the company in all trade-facing interactions.
8. Compliance and Standards Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements. Monitor the execution of campaigns in the field to maintain quality and consistency.
