Location: Preston Pointe Retirement Community, Morrisville, NC
Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Monday through Friday, On-call rotation for weekends and holidays
Salary: $27-$30/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance operations of our community. The ideal candidate is a skilled technician with leadership experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.
This role is responsible for supervising the Maintenance Technician, ensuring timely completion of work orders, coordinating with vendors, management supplies and budgets, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the
- Perform necessary repairs and renovations to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
- Monitor and coordinate work performed by outside contractors and establish strong relationships with vendors.
- Order maintenance supplies as needed while managing budgets effectively.
- Ensure the fire alarm system, emergency lights, and other safety equipment are properly maintained and pass inspections.
- Participate in a 24-hour emergency maintenance on-call rotation with the Maintenance Technician.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Proficiency in HVAC repair, plumbing, painting, drywall, carpentry, and electrical appliance repair.
- Ability to safely climb ladders and work at heights.
- Minimum of 2 years in multi-family or senior housing experience
- HVAC Certification strongly preferred, with at least 2 years of HVAC repair experience.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Acceptable background check.
- Pre-employment physical and drug test required.
