Job Description
This Seattle-based General Contractor is an expert in design-build, working extensively in the financial, retail and private higher-education sectors on projects nationally. With a deep client base, extensive repeat users and a broad network in specific market sectors, they are growing on the back of a strong 2024 and excellent project backlog for 2025 and 2026.
They are now hiring a Design Process Manager on a fixed-term contract. This role will see you take responsibility for developing and standardizing design processes, documentation, and quality control measures to enhance efficiency, consistency, and compliance across all projects.
You will ideally be an experienced Interior Design specialist with experience leading design teams or operations and have experience in evaluating, identifying and implementing strategic streamlining as it relates to design process management.
