We are seeking a detail-oriented AR Coordinator with strong customer service skills to join our team. This role is responsible for managing incoming payments, resolving billing inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships through effective email and phone communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers via email and phone to address billing questions, payment issues, and account discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer account records, ensuring all payment information is current.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and provide clear payment explanations.
- Generate and send invoices, payment reminders, and statements.
- Support collections efforts by following up on past-due accounts professionally and courteously.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Other tasks/projects as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Strong customer service and communication skills, particularly in handling phone and email correspondence.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Confident in computer navigation with strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and various software programs.
