What are the responsibilities and job description for the Next Gen Production Coordinator (Part-Time) position at Preston Trail Community Church?
JOB OVERVIEW
- Provide engaging, relevant, and memorable large group experiences for Preston Trail Student Ministry (6th – 12th grade) and assist in producing all Next Gen events
SPECIFIC DUTIES
- Collaborate with Next Gen Programming Coordinator, Middle School Coordinator, Student Worship Leader, and Student Pastor to create engaging experiences across large group and small group environments
- Recruit, schedule, and train the volunteer coach and volunteer teams of adults and students (tech, producers, and hosts)

Production & Tech:
- Shepherd and lead production coaches to oversee large group environments and lead their teams through weekend production
- Create programming and slide support for PTSM large group and ministry events
- Responsible for PTSM stage design & technical equipment needs and upkeep
- Coordinate with Production staff to implement best practices for production and technology
- Coordinate with Production staff to schedule regular trainings on equipment and processes
- Update Planning Center to provide necessary resources and cue-to-cue for teams
- Provide Sunday morning oversight of PTSM spaces (Front Rail, Back Rail)
- Produces weekly in the Back Rail

Hosts:
- Create scripts and organize supplies for PTSM large group experiences

Worship:
- Ensure worship sets are programmed for PTSM environments
- Develop pro-presenter weekly for all Next Gen environments
- Update worship sets on social platforms for students
- Drive the ministry with a holistic lens that innovates new ways to reach the next generation
- Contribute to and participate in all Next Gen events
- Collaborate with the PTSM team to create a cohesive PTSM experience for students and families
