Description
Responsible for managing activities of the Prestonwood Baptist Church (PBC) Food Services.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure excellence in customer service, food quality and facility maintenance
- Supervise and coordinate activities of all Main Street Caf (MSC) staff and volunteers
- Ensure staff understands MSC policies and service procedures
- Recruit, train and develop staff and volunteers
- Meet or exceed standards required by industry, health codes and the church
- Ensure superior facility maintenance
- Ensure food quality standards are met
- Oversee the scheduling of all Main Street Caf employees and contracted labor according to approved labor budgets
- Report accurate inventory in a timely manner
- Manage cash handling and expense account procedures for accurate accounting of money and inventory
- Maintain, control and update Food Services Point-of-Sales systems
- Review and submit invoices for payment
- Model leadership through integrity, professionalism, and Biblical principles
- Other duties as assigned
