- Safely operate equipment to lift, move, and position precast concrete beams
- Utilize different types of equipment to transport materials around the facility and yard
- Set up and clean up work areas, ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained
- Perform inspections of equipment before and after each shift to ensure safety and proper functionality
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, with proper handling and placement of materials
- Coordinate with other team members to verify production and operational needs are met
- General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Strong safety record and commitment to maintaining safe work practices
- Ability to read and follow jobsite hand signals and instructions via radio
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to perform minor truck servicing and report larger issues promptly
